· Ridership
Average weekday ridership for the month of August 2026 is 133,630, up by 4.4% from the previous year. Fiscal year-to-date ridership is 7,010,913, an increase of 3.8% from the previous year.
· Service Delivery
System-wide on-time performance is 68.9% for the month of August 2026. Out of a total of 116 routes, 48 routes achieved an on-time performance of over 80%, and one (1) route, Route 307 had on-time performance below 50%.
The DTS and OTS Service Review Committee reviews service levels, including monthly on-time performance.
· Safety and Security
The number of miles between major collisions for August was 351,567 miles.
· Maintenance
The miles between mechanical road calls averaged 11,565 miles for the month.
· Service Modifications
A summary of the service modifications that were implemented with the August sign-up and will remain in effect until December when the next sign-up begins.
- Routes 41, 44, and 47, Rerouting through Ka Makana Ali’i Shopping Center.
- Routes 533 and 535, Routing adjusted to bypass the Acacia intersection on Kamehameha Highway.
- Route 544, Terminus relocated to serve Upper Pearlridge and Kalauao Pearlridge Station. Service on Kahapili Street discontinued.
